Introductory Wherigo to highlight the Wellsboro Walking Tour
Tour Wellsboro and explore its history in this fairly simple but rewarding Wherigo. This walking tour is less than 2 miles with little elevation change, but allow at least 1 1/2 hours to complete it walking at an average pace.
This tour is a great experience for first-time Wherigo players. The cartridge has a tour guide to assist you and beyond that the Wellsboro Chamber of Commerce is familiar with the tour if you have any difficulties. Paper copies of the walking tour are available at their office near the starting point.
Be advised this cache is exclusive to Wherigo players. Don't forget to download and save the gwc file to your device before making the trip. See link above (User's Web Page) for cartridge download. Other visitors are welcome to enjoy the printed version but will not be able to claim the find.
The final cache is a micro cache with log and pencil for the date and initials to physically claim the cache. Two methods to claim the find - log it at geocaching.com or upload the saved completed cartridge (gws file) to the wherigo.com site. Post a note or search the wherigo forum if you have any questions.
Don't forget your camera, walking shoes and nickels or dimes for the parking meter!
