This is indeed the first cache in Cornwall if you are walking the SW Coast Path - or the last depending on your direction! If walking the coast path, the terrain is tough going - very steep ascents and descents - however there are other ways of reaching the cache via different paths from either Devon or Cornwall.
The shortest walk to the cache is to park near Marsland Manor. Where the road turns sharp right there is a farm lane with space to park. There is then a half mile walk down quite a steep path to the cache.
The location has spectacular views up and down the Cornwall and Devon coastline and across to Lundy Island.
