Location: About 40 km north-west of Riverton, Southland,
New Zealand.
Directions:
This virtual cache (Accuracy 30 m Elevation 54 m) is the
location of the historic suspension bridge at Clifden. To get to
the car park at one end of the bridge, turn west of State Highway
99 (at S 46° 01.615' E 167° 43.138' Elevation 53 m). You can walk
over the bridge and camping is allowed next to it. It's a lovely
area with great views of the surrounding limestone cliffs (hence
the name Clifden :)).
