Quick grab urban NANO CACHE

Although this cache was designed for all my airline friends that have a short layover in TPA and want to get out and do a little caching, the local cachers shouldn't have any problems with this one.

** Please be especially careful when removing, signing and replacing the log. Although it is a nano cache, it still contains a log. The log is a little difficult to remove and replace. Nothing to write with, BYOP.

The coordinates were averaged out with 100+ data points, so getting near the cache shouldn't be a problem.
