Geocache Description:

A magnetic nano over the Wye.

This is the fourth cache in SidAndBob’s Makin' Tracks series, which will cover the dismantled Forest of Dean and Wye Valley Railways.

Wye Valley Railway line was opened in 1876 after taking only two years to build. This included two substantial tunnels and three bridges over the river Wye. Redbrook Viaduct in the only one of the three which remains intact. The bridge was closed to rail transport in 1964 after carrying it's last passengers five years earlier.
Rather unusually there was a station at each end of the bridge. Penallt Halt to the west and Redbrook-on-Wye to the east.
Nowadays the Boat Inn, which is located on the Welsh bank, has it's car park in England, so it is necessary to cross the bridge to visit the pub. The cache is somewhere in between.

Wheelchair accessible, but not the final cache retrieval.

You must sign the log or produce a photo of you holding the cache. Logs just stating the finder had no pen will be removed.
