Approximately 7 km south of Pouembout. Parking is available at the base of the trail, near the VKP sign. The hike is about 4.5 km round trip, with a total elevetation of less than 400 m.
The hike takes you up an old mining road, and provides beautiful views of the lagoon from various look out points. There are some steep and rocky areas so ensure you have proper footware for the hike.
We placed the geocache on Canada Day. The cache contains a log book, Canadian coins, Canadian stickers, and several toys including a car, marbles, small note pads, stickers, and beaners.
