Old Church Ruins in Zala-island.
You can find Kustány village (it is a part of Kehidakustány village supplied a famous medicinal bath complex) in Zala county. The cache is hidden at the ruins of the thousand-year-old church.
The Zala is the main river of Zala county.
Thousand year earlier Zala (and Somogy too) county was the possession of Zerind chieftain and his son Koppány they were descendants of king Árpád.
In the course of civil war for succession to the thron Koppány died (a.d. 997), and this territory turned into king possession (the new king was king Géza’s son, the young Vajk –later Szent István that is king Saint Stephen).
You can find the ruins of a thousand-year-old curch in the forest south of Kustány.
How to approach?
You can find a branchroad forking in the highway connecting Kustány and Kehida (you see „Romtemplom" or „Templomrom” informing table here: N 46° 50,248' E 17° 6,829' altitude=120 m.) You drive southward on a cart-road to the recommended parking place it is a grassy side of the forest road N 46° 49,299' E 17° 6,697' altitude=120 m.
The cache is hidden in a little hollow of the wall of the ruin behinde a brick.
