The cache can be found not far from viewing table. Le Crêt de la Perdrix est le point culminant du massif du Pilat (1434m) dans le Parc Naturel Régional du Pilat. Pour en savoir plus cliquez ici. Une table d'orientation y est implantée d'où l'on peut voir à l'est le massif des Alpes et la vallée du Rhône. À l'ouest on y distingue les massifs de la Haute-Loire. En contrebas du Crêt de la Perdrix, se situe La Jasserie où se trouvent les restes de la première remontée mécanique de France et d'un tremplin.

The Crêt de la Perdrix is the culminating point of the Pilat massif (1434m) in the Parc Naturel Régional du Pilat. For more information click here. There is a viewing table from which one can see the Alps to the east and the valley of the Rhone. To the west one can distinguish the massif of the Haute-Loire. La Jasserie is below the Crêt de la Perdrix where one can see the remainders of the first ski lift in France and also a ski-jump.
