Newell Community Park, 900 Fairview Ave. N., 11.96 acres. There is a muggle-free approach, but with the elevation, your GPS might deceive you. FTFs can choose from a variety of wooden nickel sig items!

This park is a living example of the oak savannas, or "oak openings", that covered much of the city before white settlement.
I have a family full of folks with the last name of "Newell", so who better to place a cache? Have fun.
