This cache is placed within the city of Circle Pines as part of KB's GC14R31 logging requirement. As I thought of a name for this cache I looked at the other caches that were previously placed as part of this requirement. 'A' is for.. 'M' is for.. When I pulled out the 'C' I could only think of cookie. "Cookie starts with C. Let's think of other things that start with C. Oh, who cares about the other things? C is for cookie, that's good enough for me." -Cookie Monster
