The coordinates will take you to the water tower, but will not take
you to the cache. To find the cache: Go to photo # 1 and you can
see photo # 2 in the East, go to the north side of photo # 2, you
will see a stick bolted to the cement wall of photo # 2, stand with
back touching the stick and mark a waypoint, with this waypoint,
project a waypoint 3 degrees magnetic or 343 degrees true north
with a distance of .16 miles. This should take you 15 to 17 feet
from the cache coordinates. This cache is a small plastic container
with log sheet, pencil and 25 lapel pins.
