It's a Hide -a key. Congrats to AK20below for a FTF.
This is just about as far west you can drive to in the U.S. In fact, this cache is the furthest west cache in North America counting by the contiguous road system. There are further west caches but you have to take a plane/boat to reach them.
As we were placing this, a Raven cussed us out constantly. He was very upset. There is a little info sign in the parking lot stating the fact about this being the furthest most place you can drive to from anywhere in the lower 48. It makes a nice "photo op" for tourists. Would have like to place a cache there however too many muggles and cache wouldn't last long.
