Tom Bateman Reserve
Here we have another cache for you to go and hunt down.
We suggest you park at: S 32 03.330 E 115 56.205.
Then follow the path to where the sun goes down.
In the end you will have water either side of you.
Tom Bateman Reserve is a really pretty little area. Just perfect for a wander around, take the dog for a walk and to find a cache. Enjoy.
HONESTY: Please log your honest feelings about our caches. Swaps good/bad/indifferent. Location silly/great/nice/pathetic. Without everyone's comments we cannot learn what everyone would like to see in a hide. Plus don't forget if you really like it please recommend it.
Original contents include an Angel, a Pewter Unicorn, a Pedometer and other bits and pieces. There are 1st, 2nd & 3rd to Find Certificates with a small cash prize for the FTF.
To find out why we have called this one ‘Third Time Lucky’ – well you need to be one of the first three and grab your certificate to see. Otherwise you will need to know someone in the know and have them let you know.
**UPDATE**
Please note if there has been quite a bit of rain you will have to wade in knee deep water to get to the cache.
A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to 'Ozcrawf' and 'arloggen' with their First & Second to Finds. I am impressed they waded through to get the cache. That water must have been cold.
