Geocache Description:

This footbridge can be accessed for free if you park southwest of the intersection of East River Road and Franklin Avenue. Or you could pay to park off East River Road where it goes down to the River Flats and walk the entire length of the trail. It's great exercise!!

This pedestrian bridge cache is on the East Bank of the Mississippi River.

As Poppa would tell you, "A footbridge is a bridge designed for pedestrians and cyclists, rather than vehicular traffic." I wish that the general population would have known this handy piece of information. Some nit wit got a $70,000 Cadillac Escalade stuck there once!! (Here's the article.)

Who walks any more?? Geocachers DO!!
