Most byl postaven v 16. století Antonínem Vlachem a byl na staré ceste z Jihlavy do Brna. Oficiálne se prestal používat koncem druhé svetové války.
Za první republiky se pres most jezdily dokonce silnicní závody.
V roce 1988 byl most zapsán jako kulturní památka.

The bridge was built by Antonín Vlach in the 16th century and was a part of an old road from Jihlava to Brno.
The bridge was officialy used till the end of WWII.
During thirtees was the bridge also a part of race track and in 1988 was included to National Heritage Record.
