Welcome the the WWFM III!
The event will start exactly at 19:00! (use the clock on your
GPS so we all have the same time!)
This years locations is in front of the Strandhotellet!
ITINERARY:18:45 - 18:59
Participants: Wait patiently in your vehicles or stroll around
the area. STAY AWAY from ground zero until the signal is given. As
much as you can, act like a muggle, pretend not to know each other
or give any indication that something is about to happen.
At 18:59 we will reach ground zero with the bucket. This is the
signal for the Flash Mob Event to begin. Everyone now makes their
way to GZ.
19:00 - Log sheets will be handed out. Bring your own writing
instrument. Sign individual log sheets and drop them in the
collection box.
19:08 - The event “banquet” will be served!
19:12 - Assemble for a groupphoto, and assemble FAST. Listen to
the photographer for directions. Group photo is taken.
19:14 - Clean up, get ready to take off!
19:15 EXACTLY - Wait for it ... then LEAVE the area quickly and
in different directions. The log sheet bucket will be packed up. If
you don't get to it in time you can't log the event.
