Easy to access path for most of the ways. Slightly "off the beaten path" for the last little ways.
Out for a winter hike, or that was the plan anyways.
Access the trail by taking the Herring Cove Road to Spryfield, turn left on Drysdale Road. Follow it to its end and take a left. The trail can be accessed through the rear of the Lions Arena parking lot.
Tried to find the McIntosh Run trail in this area that we were told was seven kilometers long. Didn't find a trail of that size but we did find a nice place for a small cache. Spotted some nice babbling streams, ducks a plenty and nice wooded areas back here. Enjoy!
