A tiny airfield with some wonderful views.
Spence Airfield is on the aptly named Hangerberry Hill. It is near the ancient village of English Bicknor, who's counterpart (Welsh Bicknor) lies to the west bank of the River Wye.
If you approach from the west, be sure to walk the short distance to the small hanger at N51°50.303' W002°35.414', as the views from here are even better.
In the summer there may well be nettles around the cache, so shorts are not a great idea!
