Geocache Description:


Discover the history of Picadilly, or is that Piccadilly, with this straight forward multi. Signage and historical website references differ on the spelling of the community. Clues are all within easy walking distance and the final is a very short drive away.

Lots of history in the community that dates back to the mid-1800s.

Final is located at N44 31.ABC W76 41.DEF

To determine A go to N44 31.497 W76 41.470 and determine the numeral in the rank of World War I veteran Chester Godfrey (which is the name of another local crossroads). Add 1 to this number.

BC are the last two digits of the year that the cemetery was founded.

To determine D find the wall-sized mural. It contains information on the date that the K&P railway arrived in Iron Ore Junction. D is the third digit in this year.

To determine E go to N44 31.507 W76 41.419 and use one of the digits that make up the age of the father (it's a two digit number with the same digit twice).

To determine F go to N44 31.493 W76 41.455. It is the grave stone of another World War I veteran, 5942_ Private Sperry Harper. F is the final number of his roll.
