A quick cache & dash a short way off Route 17 in a Tuxedo parking lot. Bring your own pencil.

It's a junction where the town folks meet

When I looked at the map of cache sites, there was a gap that needed to be filled and this spot is where I can be found when I go to New York City. Have I given it away yet?

Name has been changed to avoid confusion with one of Brain Snat's caches ( GC10EZQ). As though there could be any confusion with one of his hides.
