Cache located in the former Soviet Army Command Post near Kadaga. Cache itself is a plastic box with logbook and pencil.
Command Post was built as underground command centre to coordinate activities and intercommunicate with all Soviet army troops in Baltic region.
At the moment entry to the complex is formally forbidden, but it's still un-guarded and you’ll find only signs around the area saying that un-authorised entry is prohibited. Probability of arrest is minimal, but it’s still up to you enter the area or not.
For minimize risk of trouble park your car in invisible place, but better outside the territory and not near the entrance of forbidden area.
At the given coordinates you’ll find one of the few entrances. To explore underground complex you will need headlamp and the time (probably more than one hour). Cache placed at the upper level in the one of two main ventilation rooms more than 100m from the entrance given in the coordinates.
