IWGP = Ikebukuro West Gate Park
There was a Toshima teacher-training school in this place at prewar days.
After the war, the black market and the market were opened to the site.
This place is being used as a front yard park in Tokyo Metropolitan Art Space by a lot of people now.
A lot of objet lines up in the garden, and the fountain is illuminated beautifully at night.
The time capsule that is supposed to be opened in 2030 has been buried under the statue of two dogs in the vicinity of the entrance.
This place is a plaza rather than the park.
And, be very careful when Cache is taken out because always a lot of Muggles is expected.

IWGP ＝ Ikebukuro West Gate Park ＝ 池袋西口公園
戦前この場所には豊島師範学校がありました。
戦後、その跡地に闇市や市場が立ち、現在では東京芸術劇場の前庭公園として多くの人々に親しまれています。
園内には多くのオブジェが並び、中央にある噴水は夜になるとライトアップされて、とてもきれいです。
入り口付近にある2体の狛犬の像の下には、２０３０年に開けることになっているというタイムカプセルが埋まっているそうです。
園内は公園というよりは広場に近く、また常時多くのMugglesがみこまれるため
Cacheを取出す際には厳重な注意を払ってください。
