:-
-> R280 per team of 2 people
-> R100 per person thereafter or R50 if under 16
-> Special compensation applies for "large" teams on request
only (5 or more people)

-> Morning snacks and refreshments + Afternoon Meal (Most
likely a potjie meal at present)
-> 3 Month
complimentary subscription to Getaway or Wegbreek magazine (1 per
team)
-> Complimentary caching kit per team (Not sure of the details,
but will most likely contain items like Pen, Lanyard, Lip Ice,
Keyring etc)
-> To have lots of fun

Rules :-
-> Every person / team will be required to sign an indemnity
form
-> Teams will leave at staggered intervals
-> All teams to register with Leza ter Wolbeek on
011-301-4439 or lezaw@rsp.co.za (This makes our life
easier).
-> Leza will be organising all the payment and
registration issues. YOU MUST REGISTER
WITH LEZA TO ENTER THE EVENT

-> No
payment on the DAY will be accepted.
-> Start and end points may NOT be the same point.
-> Teams with USB enabled GPS's will receive all waypoints
(Other teams may need to get there early to manually input
co-ords)
-> Scoring will be explained closer to the event.
Times
:-
-> Arrive anytime from 6:30am till
8:00am (During this time, all teams will have points loaded onto
USB GPS devices)
-> From 7:30am till 8:00am - Training for anyone who has never
cached before. (You must know how to use your GPS)
-> Briefing at 8:30 till 8:45.. Lots of information to give the
teams some of which is specific to certain
caches.
->
Teams will start leaving from 9:00am till 10:00am
-> Teams will start arriving at end point between 3:00pm and
4:00pm (6 hours of caching)
-> Food available from 3pm onwards
-> Prize giving at 4:30/5:00pm.
-> Socialise with your fellow cachers from 5:00pm
onwards.

Competitive and Non Competitive Options now available
-> Each starting team should hopefully get a caching kit at the
start of the event
-> The food at the end will most likely be potjie related
(LeonW - We will make sure you are fed well :-) )
-> Team Ginger and Sh0w Me The Cache will be helping us hide
the caches and look after you on the
day.

-> After all the confusion and
archiving and un-archiving, Groundspeak have given us special
permission to host this event.
-> In addition to that, Groundspeak would also like to be a

-> We have received the goodie basket from
Groundspeak. Thank you.
-> We have now over 30 caches and 40 way points (with at least
6 brand new unique cache ideas)
-> Everything almost ready to go....

-> We are almost go... 2 weeks to the event..
Don't forget to register NOW as entries close at the end of the
week !!!

-> Thanks Miking for pointing out the
registration email address was incorrect.. It is
lezaw@rsp.co.za (not @resp.co.za)
-> We have
now finalised 40 caches and 46 way points (with at least 11
brand new unique cache
ideas)
-> Look out for "Fear
Factor" and "Double
Black Mogul" caches on the event day.
Neither are to be missed and Double
Black Mogul will not be published on the site after the event as it
is on the event!

2008
-> Starting and ending times have been
posted above. Event starts at 8am (Arrive from 6:30) and will be 5
hours in length
(We think 6 hours might even be
better as there will be traffic at certain points and 40 caches -
some of which might take an hour)
-> 1st Prize - Very nice (But only to be announced on the day
after the event)
-> Please will every team send an
email to geo@crystalfairy.co.za with
their TEAM NAME, Each MEMBERS NAME and their
GEOACHING HANDLE. This is for
NAME TAGS (If you do NOT have a name tag you WILL NOT be able to do certain
caches!)

-> End times have been changed above. Event starts at 8am
(Arrive from 6:30) and will be 6 hours in
length
-> Your Registration form must be
submitted back to Leza before End of Monday 26th (AT THE LATEST)
and PAYMENT received at least two days before the date of the event
(ie Thursday 29th). Should you have any problems, please let us
know immediately.
-> Not every team has submitted their names and handles -
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS IMMEDIATELY
