A nice gentle walk along the Ashby Canal towpath.
The Ashby Canal runs through the countryside for almost all of its
length beginning at its junction with the Coventry Canal and not
quite reaching Ashby. The canal only runs through the occasional
village along its entire route, this and not being a through route
gives it a very rural backwater feel, making it a delight to
visit.
The cache container here is experimental and if it doesn't stand
the punishment will be replaced - I only work a stones throw from
here.
The towpath will be muddy so bring suitable footwear.
