The Altoids tin is one of the most popular geocaching small containers, holding only a log and small items such as geocoins. Most, however, are camouflaged and/or laden with magnates to provide some fun and ingenious caches. Did you ever wonder what an unadorned Altoids tin looks like? If you are not into Altoids, as I am not, you probably did not know that they come in a variety of flavors. This cache represents one of them. I did have to eat the ones out of this container however to provide this cache.
Peppermint is the original flavor, and probably my least favorite.
Alas, Altoids containers are prone to rust, and after three years of faithful service I had to replace it with another type of container.
