'Placed' by Dave Wallace, Paul (my son) and Jennifer Wallace on December
23, 2000. Difficulty is 1 (0.4 mile walk), Terrain is 1 (Flat, Flat,
Flat). I can't promise any more easy caches.
We carried a cache in a large Rubbermaid box to the site, but there was
really no place to hide it, based on the terrain and the water level.
So, if it is not inimical to the precepts of GeoCaching - this is a
virtual cache. There is no actual physical cache, but it is certainly
worth locating. You will know you are there when you find The Knob. Use
it. Enjoy. Please leave The Knob there for other's enjoyment. No fair
posting a find unless you can locate The Knob.
Special Information - area is closed from sunset less 1/2 hour til
sunrise plus 1/2 hour. In hunting season check in at the gate. Bring
binoculars and long lenses for the camera. Also visit our web site.
