We suggest you take a morning or an afternoon and enjoy all five
caches. We suggest the sequence shown above.
Wear good walking shoes and a sunhat. Put on your sunscreen
and bring some juice and snacks in your rucksack.
The Reserve is a real treasure that needs to be preserved.
Please use paths at all times. PretoriaEast001 has a very faint
path, but it is there. For the Plumbago caches we have provided
good hints and spoilers to prevent the trampling of the
environment.
Info for this cache A stiff climb brings you to a
spectacular view. The climb is made easier because they have laid a
concrete path and so the footing is good.
When you get to the top, sit on the nice bench provided for you
to rest on until your pulse-rate comes down to 160. Once you are
breathing again, head a little East on the big path and then follow
the small path and your GPS to the cache site. Please use the hint
and the photo to help you... Remember that up there you are very
visible. Unpacking the cache should be done carefully so that the
cache is not betrayed...
