Chain link and barbed wire has come between me and my vista! The cache is still there however, and available during most daylight hours.
Make sure to survey the vista, and also please enjoy the view. Fairly good muggle shielding properties and shady seating for much of the day. August '08 note: a very ugly chain link fence has just been put up in order to lock this park at night. There is a gate in this fence and it seems to be open during daylight hours. To best enjoy the vista and to find the cache, you need to be on the park-side of this fence. September Note: the gate was open but signs say no one should enter this pretty little park, so while I will keep my I on the vista, this cache must be shut down.
