The cache is on historical ground near Vindonissa. During the time
of the Romans Vindonissa was an important market place. If you have
enough time you should see the amphi theatre.(658415 / 258685,

The cache is located on a hill about 511m above sea level. with
beautiful view of the surrounding area. It's a good fifteen minute
walk from the parking space (661690 / 262550, Swiss Grid / CH -
1903) through the forest. About half way there is a nice open hut
with a fireplace where you can grill your brought along steaks.
Once you reached the coordinates you go to the highest point. Up
there is another viewpoint. On the way down to this viewpoint the
cache is placed next to the path under a tree. White little

Das Versteck befindet sich auf historischem Boden bei
Vindonissa. Vindonissa war zur Zeit der Römer ein bedeutender
Handelsplatz. Wenn man genügend Zeit hat kann man sich noch das
Amphitheater anschauen (658415 / 258685, Swiss Grid / CH - 1903)
Das Versteck liegt auf einem Berg in 511m ü M (Kartenhöhe nicht
GPS-Höhe!). Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Vom Parkplatz
(661690 / 262550, Swiss Grid / CH - 1903) geht man auf einem guten
Weg eine viertel Stunde durch den Wald. Auf halbem Weg befindet
sich eine offene Waldhütte mit einer Feuerstelle, auf welcher man
seine mitgebrachten Würste grillen kann. Am Ziel angekommen geht
man zum höchsten Punkt. Dort befindet sich eine Aussichtsplattform.
Auf dem Weg runter zur Aussichtsplattform ist das Versteck unter
einem Baum, direkt am Weg. Es ist eine kleine weisse Tuperwarebox
