Located at Fish and Game boat launch at the Great Bay Discovery Center. Dogs allowed at boat launch only. Discovery Center is open May-Sept and weekends in Oct. 10-4. Quick Find. Seek other caches on Discovery Center property.
Please replace as you found it. Cache used to be closer to bay, but had to be moved due to it being flooded more often from sea level rise. Cache is in a small Lock and Lock container. It contains (in addition to the normal notebook and writing implements)a "boat" hole punch. The punch is used in conjunction with the "Passport to Great Bay" pages. The Passport is a booklet featuring a number of public lands ready for exploration! There is a cache hidden on each of these lands around Great Bay. The Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve put the Passport booklet together.
