This Event will be
hosted by ACGA in partnership with ACAP Saint John, City of Saint
John, Saint John High School and Environment Canada. This CITO
event is for interested geocachers to cleanup a section of this
wonderful park in Saint John.
We'll be looking for geocachers from far &
wide to come to Saint John for it's first CITO.
The CITO will be held
at the Rockwood Park, Saint John, NB on Saturday Oct 27th at
9:30am. The cleanup will last for 2 hours, ending at 11:30am.
Afterwards, a few prizes will be given away for participants,
donated by ACGA.
This will be a clean
up of a section in the park. The park has a number of walking
trails that are enjoyed by the public as well as a dozen or so
caches.
This will be a
perfect time to do our part as geocachers and help keep this park
clean.
We will be cleaning
up a section of the walking trails originating from the
Interpretive centre. The registration table will be at the
Interpretive centre on-site

The ACGA will have
it's kiosk for registration and gear pick up near the Interpretive
Centre. ACAP Saint John will supply the cleanup materials such as
garbage bags, recycling bags & gloves.
There is no rain
date, so wear appropriate clothing and check the forecast before
leaving for the CITO.

Nous sommes à la recherche de géocacheurs de la région pour se
joindre à nous à l'occasion du premier CITO à
Saint-Jean.
Le CITO sera au parc Rockwood à Saint-Jean, N.-B. le 27 octobre,
2007 vers 9h30. Le nettoyage va durer 2 heures, pour se terminer
vers 11h30. Après, quelques prix seront distribués par
l'ACGA.
Le parc a plusieurs
sentiers publics, ainsi que plusieurs géocaches. Une excuse
parfaite pour faire un peu de nettoyage pour garder ce parc propre.
Nous allons nettoyer une section du parc près du
stationnnement.
L'ACGA aura un kiosque
pour l'enregistrement tout près du centre d'interpretation. ACAP
Saint John fournira les matériaux tels que sacs à ordure et de
recyclage.
Il n'y a pas de date
en cas de pluie, SVP tenir compte de la météo; habillez-vous en
conséquence.
