Not far from Mackay, you will find Cape Hillsborough Nature Resort... This cache is hidden on one of the many walking tracks around the Resort area...
Park you car at the Resort carpark, and head down onto the beach for easy GPS readings.... You'll see the general direction in which you need to go to find this cache. Put them walking boots on and take a water bottle - prepare for some step climbing up that mountain. (a bit over 1km)
Cape Hillsborough is a National Park, so please NO PETS ALLOWED. The climb is a little steep but there are steps all the way up to the top of the mountain.
The cache - Clear container with a blue lid.
Contents of cache - (this is a big list) Cape Hillsborough Magnets / keyring / bumper sticker, 20 pence coin, Australian 1 & 2 cent coin, Pack of Animal snap cards, Big Brother Collector Coin, Sydney 2000 Olympic Pin, and a sewing kit... First to find is a Cape Hillsborough Pin.
