On a small, not-too-steep path off a main gravel path in Point Pleasant Park. **Please note, the official camoed cache container was verified by the owner to be still in play in its original spot on Sat Oct 5/19, but there are pieces of caches past floating around too, including a replacement container recently added (but I don't know where!)**
This is my first cache (about time!). Lots of visitors to Halifax come to Point Pleasant Park, and I'm a big fan of traditional caches within walking distance from major ports. Geo-puppy Zoe loves to get filthy in Quarry Pond or in the numerous mud puddles in this park, especially after a good rainfall. A nice lady once took pity on me and my mucky puppy and told me about the Grotto, where there is clear spring water for a good rinse. Just beyond the Grotto is a great path up the hill to Fort Rd. Container can hold small trading items. FTF prize is a new, unactivated geocoin and $2 Timmy's. Please remember to hide the cache well when you're finished, as there will always be lots of mucky puppies and their muggle owners coming in!
