Cache is located on private land, but it is approved by owner (even more - owner proposed to place cache there). Please be polite and do not destroy anything :)
Cache is in building very close to home, where nowadays daily nobody lives.
If You have 4 wheel drive car or enduro bike, the for terrain there is only one star.
If You have very low car, be prepared for walking :)
