The cache is a P&G just in the sand.
This cache is a tribute cache to Pamarler for his 1000th find which he should be doing any day now. He has created some of my favorite, really well made caches. I've enjoyed caching with him several times.

The cache should be a real easy find but muggles may be a problem. It's probably best to find this cache early in the morning or late at night. The cache is 4ft south of the benchmark next to the danger sign. It is between two rocks.
The cache is very close to where the Rudder Room cache used to be, although the hide is a bit different. The Rudder Room is the one of the few real bars in the area with great drinks and a wonderful view. There is an excellent view for sunsets either inside or outside. The sun goes down on opposite ends of the beach depending on the time of year. It has an excellent view of boats coming in the harbor. And you can sometimes see pelicans dive bombing their prey in the ocean. If you are not into alcohol, they make a mean virgin mary. The little restaurant out front has good tri-tip, nachos, and chowder.
