Geocache Description:

Phelps Triangle is a small park located a short walk from the New Haven Green.

This park is maintained by the Garden Club of New Haven and was planted in memory of Mrs. Arthur Twining Hadley and Mrs. William Lyon Phelps. During the weekdays there are quite a few lunchtime muggles around from nearby offices, but the park remains mostly muggle-free at all other times. When you find the cache you will be facing a building across the street with hardly any windows - this is the rumored headquarters of the Brazelius Secret Society. No joke!

Cache is a black 35mm film cannister with a logbook. Please bring your own writing utensil!

History: "This triangular park was set aside by James Hillhouse, who owned much of the surrounding land. The iron and stone fence was installed in 1851."
