The "Catamount Trail was constructed in 1994. It started at the junction of the Fundy Footpath, runs parallel to the Quiddy River, continued across Cross Rd, up to Pigeons Camp, crosses the Shepody Rd, and continued to Adair's Lodge, and towards Cedar Camp. The intention was to continue to Sussex Corner.
The section between Adair's Lodge to the Shepody Rd is the only continuous section that is currently maintained. Recent forestry operations has obscured other sections. Trail Crew Volunteers are in the process of recovering these sections".
