The Grand Union Canal links Birmingham to London with a
waterway which is 145 miles long and contains 166 locks. This cache
is one of a series to be found along or close to the
Buckinghamshire stretch of the canal.
Onto the cache: The cache can easily be done either as a quick
cache or part of the Grand Union Canal Series as it is as short
offset multi set along the canal side paths and is perfect for
those who don't like micro's!
Close to the tow path (only a short walk from the Parking
Coordinates), you will find a bench at the cache co-ordinates with
the following dates:
Clue: 1ABB - CDDE
Substitute this information into the formula below:
Final Location: N52° (D)(E/C).(D)(D)(B+B) W000°
(E-C)(B).(A)(E)(B)
The cache is a small round Tupperware-type container suitable
for small swaps and contains a log book and pencil.
As always when caching near deep water, please
take care to look after small children or pets.
