Assisi is a beautifull area to visit anytime of year. It's the home of St. Francis. The old town sits on the edge of the mountains with buildings that are built up on each other with winding roads and switchbacks making your tour of Assisi memorable. The walk through the town is easy. Stop in all the shops and tour the Basilica while your there. The wine is fantastic.

The Geocache location is situated along a road path which can be reached easily while walking through the town. This location is idea for the TB hotel since the traffic through this area is minimal. While you’re walking up the road, to your right is a 6 foot wall with many holes in it. The cache location is situated with in one of these holes which has a space behind the stone on the left. Please see the picture for details. I did not want to make this hard to find so that one can enjoy the area. There is a log book in the concealed space to hold and exchange TB’s and send them off on their way. I placed the Peace TB their to initiate the new Geocache location. Please be sure to find another location which provides peace for ones travels. If other TB’s are found, help those to travel as well. Enjoy your stay!
