Geocache Description:

This should be an easy cache to find. Once you get to the trails, the hike should be easy.
Please enter the woods from the Davis Road( approx. N 41 54.557/W 079 33.617) Once you get to the trails, the terrain is pretty easy walking.
YOU MUST ABSOLUTELY ENTER FROM THESE COORDS. ANY PLACE ELSE IS PRIVATE PROPERTY AND THE NEIGHBORS ARE COMPLAINING, IF THIS CONTINUES ALL THE CFF SERIES WILL BE PULLED.

This cache has been placed in memory of our father. He was Danish and his Danish cousins gave him the nickname of Pondsabuilder because of the big pond that he built on the farm. He always liked this big old ash tree and never wanted to cut it down. When the family moved out on the farm in the 1920's, these woods had been pretty much clear cut. The woods have been logged very selectively and only by the family with either tractors or horses since then. Dad loved these woods and wanted to leave them better than he found them. There are some really magnificent red and white oak, cherry, maple, tulip poplar, shagbark hickory and ash trees here that you will see as you travel though these woods on your journey to find all the caches. The container is an ammo can and includes a ftf button and a ftf certificate.
