Fort Buenaventura is
located in Ogden Utah.
Located on an 84-acre river tract of land near the Weber River,
the fort symbolizes a period of western history that was the
transition from nomadic ways of the Indian tribes and trappers to
the first permanent settlers in the Great Basin. Facilities at the
fort include picnic areas, a canoeing pond, the replica fort
including three cabins and restrooms.
Saturday Event:
TIME: 12:00 Noon - 6pm
Lunch: 12:00 - 1:30
Pin Trading: 1:00 ->
(Each Person attending will receive 3 Free Pins for Trading)
Geocoin Trading: 2:00 -> Bring your
traders!!!
Other Activities you can do at the park:
There is a Fort to visit, TeePees, and you can rent canoes. Two
nearby caches are hidden on the park
LUNCH This is a NO Cost Event. We will be providing
Pizza. If you want to bring something to the event, please email us
what you would like to bring and we will add it to the list.
We have a 'Food Geocoin'. For those that bring something for the
group, you get a 'free' Geocoin. Or, for a $4.00 Donation towards
the Pizza, plates, etc, you can also get a Geocoin.(no limit on the
coins)

We have a special trackable Geocoin for the event. You can
purchase this Geocoin for $7.00 at the event.
Lanyards:
We have a limited number of lanyards to give away, great for
your holding your GPS and Pins
Patch:
Special Event Patch will be given away.
