This is a 3 stage multi. The New Jersey State Dept. of parks and Forests has issued a permit for this geocache Permit # LPS2015052602 this permit will expire on 5/26/18
This cache is located in Liberty State Park and yea it's going to cost you..........a quarter. The posted coordinates will bring you to several stationary sightseeing binoculars. What you are looking for is a red dot about a foot off the ground 97 to 98 degrees as indicated on the degree marker of the binocular. The small nano container is within inches of the red dot. You may want to bring more than one quarter as there are spectacular views of the New York skyline, Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The coordinates of the nano will bring you to the final stage which is a magnetic keyholder hidden from plain sight.
