Go up or down FR165 until just before the pavement stops or starts.
When I found MW's FR-165 @ the CEMENT BARRIERS it wasn't where I thought it would be. So when I got up FR165 to where the pavement begins and there are more barriers, I decided I would put one there. That's where the gate they lock is located. And I prefer the term 'concrete' so mine is MO CONCRETE. Well that didn't work out too well as I was too close to HARMONY AS ONE. So I went back out and moved it North on the dirt part of FR165. Park at the bottom of the hill by yet more concrete barriers. You can still get there from either direction on FR165 just like MW explains in his FR-165 series.
I could only get about 18 ft accuracy. There are several obvious types of hiding places. Its not in a 'rock' place.
