Geocache Description:

An excellent choice for your first cache.
In James Nelson Park in Sterling Heights. A parking lot is off of Fifteen Mile Road

A short walk (.25 mile) along paved paths through the woods to within 50 feet of the cache.
Watch out for Poison Ivy in the area when you leave the pathway. The cache spot is fairly clear of it.

The cache is a gallon screw top plastic container painted dull brown. Be sure and take your picture with the camera in the cache!

A neighborhood resident

The woods are filled with very friendly black squirrels. Being an urban park, I'm sure they are already being fed by others. Just remember, Squirrels can bite!
