This can be a very easy cache and dash but during certain times, can be VERY tough because of the muggle activity. The difficulty level is 1.5 only because of the muggles.
This is a small, magnetic altoids container located at one of our favortie places for an evening visit.
Please be very stealthful!
Even while I was placing the cache, it was a close one.
