This is my cache template when placing caches whose only merit is a smiley is earned. These will be most likely hidden in urban and suburban shopping areas.
This area is getting a much needed make-over. They just built the Northside Lofts, a large building that houses businesses on the bottom floor, condos and townhomes in the middle floors, and million dollar executive penthouses topside. With it, they redid streets and sidewalks and everything down here. It looks fantastic. On a downside, with the new 96 homes next door and the added people attractions all around, good luck getting a table at, Akron's well known downtown landmark, Luigis. Better call ahead and get take-out.
Please rehide cache exactly as you find it. Don't move it. Keep it well hidden.
With all the new things to look at down here, lot of outdoor art pieces..
