This was one of 12 caches placed in the CSI series. When it began, prizes could be won for finding the whole series.
There is no final stage anymore but any cache left counts as an individual find.
A 50mm Ammo can can be found at this single stage cache along the West Branch of the Sturgeon River, between Vanderbilt and Wolverine.
With the exception of the some of the Locals, the West Branch of the Sturgeon is a little known river. It is very wild and scenic. Although this cache is “back in a ways”, any regular automobile can reach it, except for maybe in times of heavy mud and of course snow. As with any cache in such a location, Bug Dope would be most valuable if you visit this cache in Bug Season! For another lovely view of this river near by, and a great place to stop for shore lunch, you may also wish to visit A Picnic On The Sturgeon.

In this area there is a natural bridge that will get you over to an island, if you wish to explore a bit.
