In the beginning, Jing asked me how about
creating an event cache in QingTianGang this year. I knew what he
meant, said "I'll do it", but didn't tell anybody.
Several days ago, I recieved a mail from
Mr.X. The kind and generous Mr.X told me his ideas and will supply
us a space (the Base) for this event. (the Base situates at the
title coordinate)

Schedule A (June
30)
~ 15:00 Have a good
time on your own hunt or trip
15:00 ~ 17:00 Gather at the Base
17:00 Dinner (Restaurant)
18:00 Show your travel bugs and geocoins up!
19:00 Sharing or exchanging your geocaching experience
22:00 Go to sleep.
Schedule B (July 1)
6:00 Get up & breakfast(rice porridge)
7:10 meet the cachers who only participate Schdule B, then
start our trip
12:00 gather in Base & start our BBQ
15:00 clean the Base, then back home
Schedule C = Schedule A + Schedule B

The Base has 3 bedrooms(2 double rooms, 1
single room), 1 living room, 1 rest room, two yards with grass for
camping, and an indoor space for BBQ.
Schedule C participants can choose their
sleeping place.
Indoor:
bed, sofa, or ground
Outdoor:
camping on the yard
Note:
There are no pillows in the three bedrooms.
Schedule C participants must prepare tent or sleeping bags
themselves. Of course, personal indoor slippers, towel & teeth
brush are also needed.
If there are over 5 people choosing "bed", I'll
make a lottery to decide.

Fee:
1.Schedule B and Schedule C participants should pay:
Food for Barbecue: $NT.150 each - Adult
$NT. 80 each - under age 10 or over 80
2.Schedule C participants who choose to sleep on bed:
Bed space: $NT.50 each
Note:
It's free if you sleep on the ground ,sofa or
in tent.
Mr.X provides dinner on June 30 and breakfast
on July 1.
If Schedule C participants prefer living in
Resort to the Base, the closest Resorts are "Landis
Resort" & "303 Resort".

Gears:
Travel bugs and geocoins.
GPSr, camera and other gears about geocaching.
Schedule C participants have to bring your tent or sleeping
bag.
For environmental reasons, please bring your personal cup, bowls
and chopsticks. (But we'll provide if you forgot. )

Transportion:
Parking is availible here. Please car-driver hunters write your
snail-mail address to me( rjt5@ms61.hinet.net ) before June 3.
We'll send you a pass card of June 30 if you plan to drive through
Yang-De-Da-Dao( N25 06.045 E121 32.255 )
If you want to come by bus, travel by #260 or #Red 5 to Landis
Resort stop.

Notice:
1.Please add this event in your watchlist to
get new notice.
2.Logging your "will attend" before the deadline: June
24th
3.Bring your TBs(coins) on that day, and of course, log your
TBs'(coins') placement on this event cache first.
4.I'll hide some new caches in Taipei to attract old cachers.
5.Schedule B participants should come to the
Base at 7:00, July 1.
6.All time or date is in Chinese Standard Time(CST.)
7.If we got serious problems, such as typhoon, earthquake, volcanic
eruption, war ......etc, this event will be canceled or
delayed to another day! But the event will still be held if it
rains normally.
