Geocache Description:

Relatively easy park and find hidden behind a "large orange box" on the edge of Novi and Wixom.

This is a themed cache dedicated to Tony "Smoke" Stewart - an incredibly accomplished racecar driver who at the time this cache was created drove the #20 Home Depot sponsored Chevrolet in the Nextel (now Sprint) Cup series.

The cache log is inside a unique micro hidden in a semi-obvious location which itself allows convenient cover for travel bugs and small trading items. Cache is in plain view of a steady stream of muggles but they will be too busy participating in a race of their own to pay any attention to your activities.

The green flag is out and the race is on! The two coins initially dropped in this cache are starting a race. These are two geo-racing-coins: one owned by me CoochDog, the other owned by my main squeeze, PocketPupsNet. The third party to our race is PocketPups sister, MD8540, who is launching her racer in North Carolina on the same date. Who's coin will cover the greatest distance between now and 3/24/2008? Tune in race fans to find out!

Try to keep with the racing theme and limit trading items to those related to racecars and wheel-to-wheel racing. Cache has been stocked with a few automotive and racing related trinkets for exchange. FTF Prize is a very nice Waterford Hills Road Racing pen/flashlight/tire gauge set. Use this cache to trade small racing related memorabilia or start a geocoin / travel bug race of your own!

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE SMALL RACECAR SHAPED LOG CONTAINER AS IT COULD EASILY BE MISTAKEN FOR A TRADING ITEM. PLEASE LEAVE THE LOG CONTAINER IN THE CACHE LOCATION FOR OTHERS TO FIND AND ENJOY.

UPDATE: Oh, well - someone took the log container... so much for that.
