A pleasant walk through the forest, hidden by the youngest member of the dunk090 team and her cousin (both 3 years old), so intended for kids.
A camo'd ammo can hidden amongst beautiful forest. This is our favourite walk in the area, allowing you to do a small loop through the trees. There are lots of old pines, silver birches and some impressive juniper bushes for the gin drinkers! Cache contained a small collection of toys and a log book. It is just off a couple of paths that lead further into the Cairngorms, which can be relatively busy with walkers and mountain bikers. From parking on the B970 at Coylumbridge you can either enjoy a short circular walk to the cache, or continue further through the forest and towards the mountains themselves. Don't forget this is mountainous country where the weather can and will change frequently - make sure you are suitably prepared!
